Nearly 68% of employed residents commute outside the county, while many who work locally struggle to afford housing. Seniors are increasingly being priced out of the community they helped build.
@Home is a coalition working to advance attainable housing, transportation, and economic development, ensuring people at all income levels can live and thrive in Adams County.

Who We Are
@Home in Adams County is a coalition of community members, businesses, municipalities, local government, and nonprofit organizations working together to ensure housing options align with Adams County incomes. We focus on practical, community-driven solutions that help residents at all stages of life live and work locally.
In addition to housing, @Home supports expanded regional transportation options to better connect residents to employment, education, and services. We also partner closely with the Adams Economic Alliance to align housing efforts with economic development strategies that support workforce needs and the cost of living in our community.
