Special guest, Dr. George Pomeroy of Shippensburg University and Southhampton Township Planning Commission member, will join the Coalition to discuss “Why Land Use & Zoning are SO IMPORTANT to the Housing Development Space”. Dr. Pomeroy is a professor of Geology, the director of the former Center for Land Use at Shippensburg and has served on the Southhampton Planning Commission since 2012. He has a wealth of theoretical and applicable knowledge to share with you. We’ve listed a few questions/reflections below that you can expect to be answered on 10/19.

We are converting conversations into action items! In this early stage, we are assessing priorities grounded in data and residents’ concerns. Let us know how you want to get involved by completing this simple form.
